Refund policy

You must contact us via email if you wish to cancel your walk. To be eligible for a full refund all cancellations must be made 5 days prior to your walk.

 Please include your name, date/time (dd/mm/yyyy) of the walk and for subject line in your email use "cancellation" and date of walk. eg: cancellation 26/01/2023.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Shipping costs will not be covered


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. S


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Westport Wolfhounds Tour Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. At Westport Wolfhounds, we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our tours run smoothly for all guests.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the tour may receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to Bookings

  • We’re happy to reschedule your tour (subject to availability) if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • To request a change, please contact us directly via phone or email.

Weather Cancellations

  • Tours may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
  • If Westport Wolfhounds cancels your tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Group Bookings (6 or more people)

  • For group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, and no refund will be given within 24 hours of the tour.
